The main purpose
This instrument is mainly used to test the thermal insulation performance of flame-retardant protective clothing, fire-fighting clothing and gloves exposed to radiant heat sources and convective heat sources.
Technical index
1. The radiation area of the sample: 100cm2 ±0.01 cm2
2. Heat source: (1) The radiant heat source adopts special T-150 infrared tube (the wick adopts 5 brackets), and the integrated voltage regulation range: 0~220V;
(2) The angle of convective heat source is continuously adjustable at 45° and the radiation amount is continuously adjustable. The convective heat source adopts self-made large-caliber Bunsen burner and high-voltage pulse igniter;
(3) Using RT18-63R fast protection circuit;
(4) The protective grid and the sample holder adopt a large-stroke rodless cylinder, the movement speed is adjustable, and the response time is ≤2s;
(5) High-voltage pulse automatic ignition;
(6) The air leakage protection device can automatically cut off the air solenoid valve;
3. The temperature measurement range of the calorimeter: normal temperature ~85℃±0.1℃; the two sets of calorimeters are used for different standards and adopt special mating plugs, which are quick and convenient to switch.

6. Instrument structure:
(1) Integrated design of fume hood and instrument, easy to operate. Adopt integrated stainless steel cabinet, arc-shaped test hatch, large opening area, equipped with cylinder support; built-in fireproof, high temperature resistant material exhaust hood;
(2) Using computer control, the instrument is equipped with professional industrial computer to automatically control the whole process of testing, and the whole Chinese operating system is simple and convenient to operate. Automatic data processing; test results can be printed out.
(3) The instrument is equipped with a special cooling air gun for the sensor assembly. After each test, an air gun is used to cool the sensor assembly, which cools quickly, which improves the efficiency of large-scale tests.
(4) Stroke of protection grid and sample holder: 450mm, response time ≤2s
(5) Built-in exhaust hood with fireproof and high temperature resistant materials: 0.35A/220AC;
(6) Both the protective grid and the sample holder are driven by a large-stroke rodless cylinder with large transmission stroke, adjustable movement speed and fast response speed, which improves the response speed of the instrument test and reduces the test error.
(7) 12-bit high-speed A/D is used to sample the sensor, with high sampling accuracy and fast speed.
(8) The parts of the instrument close to the heat source are all cooled by water, which not only ensures the service life of the parts, but also avoids the influence of the heat source temperature on the experimental results, and improves the overall test accuracy of the instrument.
