The main purpose
The protective clothing anti-virus penetration tester is suitable for testing the penetration ability of protective clothing materials against blood-borne pathogens and the ability of protective materials to resist liquid penetration.
working principle
A suspension containing substitute microorganisms was used to measure the virus penetration ability under a certain hydrostatic pressure.
Technical index
1. The instrument uses an air source that can provide (20-22) kPa air pressure to continuously pressurize the sample without being restricted by the space of the test site.
2. The instrument has a pressure gauge to display the pressure, which is adjustable.
3. Use pressurized medium: compressed air.
4. The special stainless steel penetrating test tank ensures that the sample is firmly clamped and prevents the test liquid from splashing around.
5. Transparent cover material: corrosion resistance.
6. Square metal blocking net: open space ≥50%; deformation ≤5mm.
7. Pressurization time can be set, digital display timer, accuracy ±1 second.
8. The instrument has a clamp that can produce 13.6N·m torque.
9. The structure of the instrument is the same as the "Schematic diagram of the test instrument" and "The structure of the test tank" in the standard.
10. Pressure point: 1.75 kPa; 3.5kPa; 7kPa; 14kPa; 20kPa
11. Prepared by the user: culture medium, control, phage suspension, sedimentation plate.
