The main purpose
This instrument is mainly used to determine the thermal conductivity of textiles, fire-fighting supplies and other materials.
Testing method
Place the sample on a fire source with a constant heat flux, and measure the time required for the temperature to rise to a specified value (△t=24℃) through the calorimeter on the back of the sample as an index for evaluating the thermal conductivity.
Instrument characteristics
1. The flame temperature, measuring temperature and time can be displayed digitally.
2. The burner adopts a flame nozzle suitable for burning liquefied petroleum gas. The pores are distributed in an inner and outer ring, so that the sample is evenly heated. The calorimeter is placed in the hole of the splint on the sample rack and directly contacts the sample.
3. Its main performance indicators have reached the level of similar foreign products, filling the domestic gap, and the cost of the instrument is only one-fifth of that of similar foreign products.
